- We accept returns for refund postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order. Refunds will not be issued for returns past 14 days.
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or can not be returned or refunded.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with tags still attached.
- Boots must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
- Jewelry and hats are not returnable if they are in the sale section.
- Gift Cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 48hrs of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Should we feel your return does not comply with any of the above policies you will receive a STORE CREDIT.

Can I send back items from multiple orders?
YES! To save on shipping cost, you may send back multiple items on different orders as long as you include which items go with each corresponding order numbers inside the package.
What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking 'Log In' and from there you can check on your status and order history.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also go to the 'My Account' page and check on your order status and history.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please call us at (813)852-9000 immediately after your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm (Eastern). One you order has been processed and fulfilled we are unable to modify your order. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and will try our very best to assist you any way possible!
